For several years now, WiseStamp has been the leading email signature marketing solution for small- and medium-sized businesses. And now we are thrilled to announce that we’ve found the ideal partner to grow our vision even further. WiseStamp has now joined forces with vCita, a leading business management solution for small service providers’ and freelancers’ unique needs.

By merging with vCita, we can now provide more solutions for the growing needs of today’s small businesses, and we hope to be able to give you more support and tools to make your business even better.

It’s humbling to look back on our journey and reflect on how far we’ve come. After all, we started just like every small business owner: Bootstrapping and dreaming. And we’ve never forgotten what that feels like, even after ten years of growth, three office upgrades, bazillion cups of coffee and nearly 1 million users.

We are you. We were once employees who got restless working for someone else’s vision and wanted to actualize our own. We were once the stressed-out founder who had to wear every hat- CEO, CFO, CMO, and assistant! But eventually, we became a small team. Then a bigger one. And we have arrived at a time to take things even farther.

And you have really made the most of the tools we provided. As a WiseStamp community, you’ve sent over 5.5 Bil emails with a signature from over 139 countries across the globe. You created more than 30K WiseIntro web pages and printed more than 300K business cards. All in all, more than 3.5 million professionals like you have reached us through our blog, professionals center, social media, web editor, support, meet-ups and one-on-one sessions with our experts.

So where do we go from here?

We’re sure you have questions about what’s to come, so let’s dive right in..

Who is vCita?

vCita was founded with the vision that small business owners deserve better and more fulfilling workdays. vCita develops smart, cloud-based solutions that help solopreneurs and small teams manage their entire business from a single, easy-to-use, on-the-go app.

vCita’s solution turns time-consuming tasks like scheduling, payment collection and marketing campaigns into simple, one-click operations. vCita manages the entire customer life-cycle, from the first “hello” to the final invoice, providing its users the freedom to enjoy their work, while growing their business.

What will happen to my WiseStamp signature and account?

No matter if you are using the free or premium version of WiseStamp, your account and signature will stay exactly as it is. The only person who can make changes to it is you. Please continue to log into your account and manage your signature by visiting our new and improved WiseStamp Editor. If you are a free user, remember that you can now test-drive all the amazing features of a Pro signature by using the new “play mode” in the WiseStamp Editor.

Will I now have an account with vCita as well?

Not at the moment, but we encourage you to create one! vCita offers an all-in-one, easy to use platform for service-driven businesses to schedule, collect payments, and send marketing campaigns. You can get started with a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to all of its features.

What’s next?

First, we want to thank you again for being a part of a community of over hundreds of thousands of users. You’ve helped us experience an amazing journey that started 10 years ago with an idea of building a simple product—an email signature—that has the power to build brand awareness, social media engagement, and conversions for anyone who runs their own business.

What comes next is most exciting: This is an opportunity for you, the WiseStampers, to grow your business even further. With this merger, we’ve joined forces with vCita to be able to support you—small business owners and freelancers— with your day-to-day business management activities.

Thank you for being part of WiseStamp’s journey, and looking forward to the future.

With great gratitude and appreciation,

The WiseStamp Team
