To apply the signature to a selected group of employee  follow these instructions:

    1. Log in as admin, open the WiseStamp Dashboard and click “Users Management”
    2. Check the boxes next to the names of the employees you want to send the invitations to.
    3. When you are done, click "Invite".

Each of these employees will receive an email with an activation link and an explanation. Once they click it, they can enter personal details (e.g Name, Title, Mobile) and the company signature will automatically insert into their emails.
