With WiseStamp for Google Apps you can have all employees use a branded company signature. They can update personal details (e.g. their name, title) but you control the template,  logo, marketing message etc.

After you set up your signature and clicked "Publish", all you need to do is send invitations:

    1. Log in to your WiseStamp and go to the “Users Management” tab
    2. Check the box next to "User". This will choose all employees.
    3. Click "Invite"

Each employee will receive an email with an activation link and an explanation. Once clicked they can enter personal details (e.g Name, Title, Mobile) and the  company signature will automatically insert into their emails.
