2024 was a tremendous year for WiseStamp from beginning to end. On January 1st, our company completed a strategic spinoff from vcita, allowing us to root our company in the enterprise sector. While SMBs and solopreneurs remain an important client base for the company, with them making up a significant part of the 401.5K new customers that joined WiseStamp in the last year alone, our mission for 2024 was to further strengthen our offerings for larger corporations. 

We’re proud to report that we set our sights high, and we reached even higher.

SOC 2 Type II Certification

The simple reality is that SOC 2 compliance has become a baseline requirement for many B2B corporations. 

Enterprises today are looking for partners who not only meet their current needs but also provide a scalable and secure platform as their businesses grow. This is why the WiseStamp security team worked hard to achieve this certification, which required an in-depth, and multi-faceted effort across the organization, as described in our company update. 

Independent third-party experts rigorously evaluated our internal policies, security controls, and overall data handling procedures. The audit assessed everything from encryption and data backup protocols to staff training and incident response plans. 

Compliance with both SOC 2 and HIPAA affirms WiseStamp’s position as a leader in the email signature management space, particularly for larger organizations with complex security requirements.

PartnerUp: WiseStamp’s new partnership program

124 new partners joined PartnerUp in 2024 alone. IT service providers and marketing and branding agencies around the world are providing the WiseStamp solution as part of their offerings.

Through our Reseller Program, IT service providers can implement email signature solutions for their clients with ease, managing all signatures from a single, centralized dashboard. Meanwhile, marketing and branding agencies in our Referral Program can provide clients with a seamless solution for their branding needs while earning recurring commissions.

Partners also benefit from our intuitive management platform, 24/7 support, and dedicated success managers, ensuring their own success as well as that of their clients. PartnerUp has quickly become an impactful way to collaborate with businesses globally.

2024 was the year that WiseStamp shifted not only towards the B2B audience, but towards the Enterprise sector, specifically. This was largely driven by the tremendous progress the product and development teams achieved in making the platform better geared towards the unique needs of Enterprises.
