WiseStamp is fully committed to preventing abuse, identity theft, and the infringement of rights on our platform. Because email signatures are created and managed by individual users, we cannot preview or control all generated content. However, we take fraudulent activity and brand impersonation extremely serious.

If you have discovered an unauthorized email signature using your company’s branding, logo, or identity, you can report it directly to us. It is WiseStamp policy to promptly investigate all reports of alleged abuse, phishing, or fraudulent representation.

Upon receiving your report, our team will review the case, issue a unique ticket ID for your tracking, and take swift action to remove unauthorized assets or terminate offending accounts.

Standard processing time typically takes up to 5 business days.
We also encourage you to contact the email provider used by the fraudulent account.
