Do More With Less: High-Impact Event Playbook | Insider Sessions
Real, tested tips for Marketing to save on conferences and exhibitions, from booth-sharing to lead follow-up.
Every conference has the same three phases: before, during, and after. The teams that get more from a shrinking budget don’t skip any of them.
They just work each phase harder, and smarter, than everyone else in the hall.
In this Insider Session, Maya Tutian (Oracle) and Sarit Rosenthal-Aviram (WiseStamp) share the tactics behind their own conference playbooks.
Every marketing team deals with the same budget pressure, whether you’re a lean SMB team or running events at a company the size of Oracle.
From splitting a $20K booth into five $5K shares with non-competing companies, to turning a free call-for-papers slot into a bundled speaking-and-booth package, this session skips the basics and goes straight to the tactics.
What You’ll Learn
- How to build a pre-conference playbook covering objectives, messaging, staffing, and a ready-to-use checklist
- How to turn booth staff into lead-generating “hunters,” not people catching up with colleagues
- How to secure free or bundled speaking slots through calls for papers and booth negotiations
- How to split booth or cabana costs with partners or non-competing companies to cut spend without cutting presence
- How to categorize post-event leads as hot, mild, or cold so your SDRs focus where it counts
- Why keeping sales aligned before, during, and after the event turns a conference into a sales platform, not just a marketing one
Who This is For
Any B2B marketing manager planning conferences or exhibitions on a constrained budget, whether at an SMB or an enterprise the size of Oracle or Microsoft. The pressure to do more with less doesn’t disappear at scale, it just looks different.
