Problems: 

  • Users looking for a team solution may think WiseStamp is not suitable, as there is no indication for teams.
  • When users register from the editor, a solo account is created by default, leading to a poor experience and potential loss of business.

Goals: 

  • Ensure that all users are matched with the correct account type (solo/teams) upon registration.
  • Capture and retain both solo and team traffic effectively.
  • Help B2B clients understand that our product meets their needs.

How? 

We want to know which solution the client is looking for. Based on the user’s answer, we will create the correct account type. 

What are we doing: 

  • Adding a drop down in the details tab to enable users to select their company size.
  • If the user does not fill in the company size, we will present a modal after registration to capture this information.
