Problem: Our migration process moves accounts to our new system (WS1) without direct user consent. Post-migration, it’s crucial that users interact with WS1 exclusively, as any modifications made on the Legacy system will not be effective. 

Solution: To address this, we’ve implemented an ‘Account Migrated’ modal that appears for users logging into the Legacy system post-migration. This modal serves to:

  • Redirect Admins to webapp.wisestamp.com/login for full access.
  • Redirect Employees to their My Signature page, ensuring a personalized transition.

Additionally, users arriving at the login page with an existing session are now automatically directed to the WS1 homepage, streamlining the transition to our upgraded platform.
