Resolved issue with embedded images
We've successfully resolved an issue where emails containing embedded images were not reaching specific recipients who use email filtering services. Through diligent investigation, we identified the root cause and implemented the fix, ensuring proper email delivery.
We’ve been receiving internally reports related to using the server side with embedded images.
Although we didn’t identify the root cause yet, we suspect that embedded images makes emails larger which is being blocked by default for some recipients email clients.
In case you are receiving this error message from Google, please send us the NDR + the email you intended to send from your Sent folder.
