We are thrilled to share some exciting news – as part of a strategic change, as of Jan 1st, 2024, WiseStamp is becoming an independent company and will no longer be part of vcita. 

4 years ago, WiseStamp was merged into vcita, a leading business management and client engagement app, to offer clients of both companies a variety of marketing and business management tools.

Over the past four years, our journey with vcita has been extraordinary. We’ve grown as a company, expanded our client base, and become the leading email signature management solution in the market.

Today, we are happy to announce that we are going back to be an independent legal identity. We are certain this new legal structure will enable us to achieve our ongoing commitment to growth and innovation, and will allow us to better serve our client needs.

WiseStamp experience will continue seamlessly, with the same outstanding technology, excellent customer support, and the dedicated team behind it all.

While the ownership structure evolves, our mission, values, and dedication to your success remain constant. This formalizes our status as an independent entity, allowing us to continue innovating and serving you even better.

How will this change affect WiseStamp’s products and services?

Along with our new legal identity, we have updated our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other related documents. These changes are designed to enhance our services and ensure a seamless experience for you.

What are the main Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy changes:

• Changes to our name, websites, and contact details;
• Limiting the type of personal information that we now collect;
• Applying limitations on how we may use personal information; and removing other specific uses that were relevant to vcita products only.

Do I need to create a new account or migrate my data?

No. There is no need to create a new account or migrate any data. Your existing WiseStamp account remains the same, and you can continue using our product as usual.

Will customer support/success be affected during this transition?

No. Our dedicated customer support and success teams are here for you, ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. There will be no interruption in support services. For any questions, you may contact us through the support form.

Will there be any changes to billing or pricing?

All existing agreements have been assigned to the new entity, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for all our users. If you are using wire transfer as your payment method, please contact your customer success manager for more details. Our pricing offering remains the same, and you may review them on our pricing page.

Can we expect any new features or improvements in the near future?

Absolutely! We have exciting plans for new features and improvements in 2024 and beyond. We will continue to develop our product experience, with the same outstanding technology, excellent customer support, and the dedicated team behind it all.
