Vitally now also uses email signatures as a marketing channel tied directly to campaign goals. For customer-facing teams, Vitally uses WiseStamp to create email signatures banners that promote new customer education courses, with success measured by signups tracked through UTM-tagged links. 

For the rest of the organization, email signatures drive downloads of important content, like original research reports. Different departments carry different calls to action, allowing Vitally to tailor messaging by audience and clearly attribute signups and downloads to email signatures using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

We can group teams by department and give each one different calls to action. It’s almost like segmenting our audience through email signatures, which we simply couldn’t do before.
