- INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how WiseStamp Technologies Ltd. and/or WiseStamp Inc. and any of their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “WiseStamp”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, store, use, disclose and otherwise process information about you in the course of our business, including when you (i) use our services for designing, managing, and deploying professional email signatures, creating QR codes and link generators, and providing survey services, as such services may be updated from time to time (collectively, the “Services”), which are available through the WiseStamp web-application (“SaaS Platform”); and (ii) interact with our digital assets, including our websites at https://www.wisestamp.com/ and any other websites under our domain, such as when you contact us through online forms or engage with our marketing materials (collectively, the “Website(s)”).
This Privacy Policy applies to individuals, including representatives of prospective customers and potential business partners, who access or use the Websites (“Prospects”); and service customers (“Customer”) and their designate personnel (including third party contractors, agents, etc.) that are authorized as users of the customer’s web-app account (“Authorized Users”). Customers and Authorized Users may access and use the Service from all over the world, subject to the agreement between WiseStamp and the Customer as well as any applicable laws. “Customers” and “Prospects” are referred to collectively and individually as “you” in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does NOT apply to:
- The content that our Customers and their Authorized Users upload and store in the Service, such as employee information, email signature information, free text added to the branding or signatures, employees’ name, survey data, etc. (“Customer Data”). WiseStamp processes Customer Data solely on behalf of the Customer, in its role as a “processor” or “service provider” as such terms are defined under applicable data protection laws and is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
- Job applicants, which should refer to our Job Applicants Privacy Notice, which describes our Personal Data processing practices for job applicants.
- Employees or former employees.
IPPL Disclosure: The information you provide will be stored in WiseStamp’s databases and will be used solely as detailed herein. The information will not be transferred to third parties, except as detailed herein, or to comply with legal obligations. You acknowledge that you are not under any statutory obligation to provide personal data to WiseStamp. However, if you do not provide certain personal data, we may be unable to fulfill certain purposes, such as providing specific services or responding to your inquiries. You have the right to review your information and request corrections in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (Israel).

Google Declaration: as a processor, we process information provided by Google through Google APIs, including aoth API, this is done to enable customers to keep updating the signatures automatically, among other purposes, Please note that our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google Privacy Policy as well as Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The specific access and use privileges requested are displayed in the notice which appears during the account linking process. Please read this notice carefully and make sure that you understand which privileges are granted and what information you make available to us by linking your Google account.
This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service or any other agreement that references this Privacy Policy.
- POLICY AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. The most recent version will always be posted on the Website, with the update date reflected in the “Last Updated” heading. If changes are material, we will provide notice to you and, where required by applicable law, obtain your consent. Unless otherwise stated, amendments will become effective immediately upon posting. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our current privacy practices.

Such processing operation usually includes a set of operations made by automated means, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure by transmission, erasure, or destruction. The transfer of Personal Data to third-party countries, as further detailed in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy, is based on the same lawful basis as stipulated in the table above. In addition, we may use certain Personal Data to prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity thefts, and any other misuse of the website and to enforce the Terms, as well as to protect the security or integrity of our databases and the Services, and to take precautions against legal liability. Such processing is based on our legitimate interests.
- HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL DATA
Automatically – we may use cookies (as elaborated below) or similar tracking technologies to gather some information automatically when you interact with the Website or Services. Please see our Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies Policy for more information.
Provided by you voluntarily – we will collect Personal Data if and when you provide us with the information, such as when you contact us through support tickets or emails, register as a Customer etc. To the extent applicable, such Personal Data can be provided by using your social network account (e.g., connecting your Facebook or Google account to our Services).
Provided by third parties – when you participate in our customer satisfaction surveys, we collect your responses, ratings and feedback to help improve our Services and understand your needs better.
- COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use “cookies” (or similar tracking technologies) when you access or interact with the Services or the Website. The use of cookies is a standard industry-wide practice. A “cookie” is a small piece of information that a website assigns and stores on your computer while you are viewing a website. Cookies can be used for various purposes, including allowing you to navigate between pages efficiently, for statistical purposes, as well as for advertising purposes. You can find more information about our use of cookies, as well as change your settings and preferences, as detailed under our Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies Policy.
- DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may disclose your information to the following parties for the following purposes:
- Service Providers:
- General Disclosure – We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions and services on our behalf. Such third parties may include outsource consultants, communication service providers, storage providers, analytic service providers, marketing and sales assistance, IT service providers, SaaS platforms or tools used to identify errors and crashes, customer relationship management services, etc. These third-party service providers have access to Personal Data needed to perform their functions; however, they are prohibited, through contractual obligations, from using your Personal Data for any purposes other than providing us with requested services. Various types of personal data specified above are shared with such service providers on a case-by-case basis.
- Specifications – we share with our marketing and sales service providers (i) Tracking Data (see cookie section and policy for more information); (ii) Contact Information, used for email marketing, among others, processed by our CRM and other service providers, such providers process on our behalf insights on your engagement with such content; (iii) Inputs, Outputs and Communications; and (iv) analytics. Further we share Customer Data with cloud providers, payment processors, hosting providers, customer support platforms, etc.
- Affiliated Companies and Corporate Transactions: We may share Personal Data with our affiliated companies including subsidiaries, and in the event of a corporate transaction (e.g., sale of a substantial part of our business, merger, consolidation, or asset sale). In case of a sale or merger the acquiring company shall be bind by this privacy policy.
- Enforcement of our Rights, Security and Fraud Prevention & Law Enforcement: We may disclose certain Personal Data to law enforcement, governmental agencies, or authorized third parties, in order to comply with applicable laws or in response to a verified request or order. We may further disclose Personal Data to enforce our policies and agreements, as well as defend our rights, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, alleged illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us to legal liability, and solely to the extent required. In addition, we may disclose Personal Data to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, solely to the extent required.
For clarity, we reserve the right to transfer, disclose, or otherwise use aggregates, de-identified or anonymized data, including information linked random unique identifiers at our sole discretion.
- USER RIGHTS
We understand that privacy preferences vary among individuals. We are committed to transparency regarding the Personal Data we collect, enabling you to make meaningful choices about its use. Depending on your relationship with us, your location, and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to control and request certain limitations or rights to be executed. We respect individual’s rights from any applicable jurisdiction even if they differ from the rights listed above. For IPPL specifications, you have the right to opt-out from email marketing, to delete your personal data registered with email marketing service database and to inspect, correct and delete certain personal data as set forth in the following form: DSR Form
At any time, you can lodge a complaint with the applicable regulatory authority or with our DPR which details are disclosed above under Section 3. You further have the right to appeal – if we decline to take action on your request, we shall inform you without undue delay as required under applicable laws, and you have the right to appeal.

- CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFER
The Personal Data is processes by countries that the European Commission declared have adequate level of protection for the Personal Information of EU Member State residents, our Users’ Personal Information is stored in data centers located in the United States.
Our affiliates and Service Providers who store and process Personal Data on our behalf are contractually committed to protect and secure, in accordance with industry standards and regardless of any lesser legal requirements which applies in their jurisdiction. When we transfer Personal Data related to you to the United States or anywhere outside Europe, we will make sure that (i) there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission; or (ii) that the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other suitable safeguards are in place to manage such data transfers and protect the privacy and security of information related to you; all in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum.

- DATA RETENTION
We retain Personal Data we collect as long as it remains necessary for the purposes set forth above, all in accordance with applicable laws, or until an individual expresses a preference to opt-out or delete its Personal Data.
Other circumstances in which we will retain your Personal Data for longer periods of time include:
- Where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements;
- For us to have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges; or
- If we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Data.
Please note that except as required by applicable law, we may at our sole discretion, delete or amend information from our systems, without notice to you, once we deem it is no longer necessary for such purposes.
- SECURITY MEASURES
We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of our Services and our Users’ Personal Data. WiseStamp employs industry-standard procedures and policies to ensure the security of its Users’ Personal Data and to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration of any such data. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centers and information access authorization controls as may be found here. We also regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly seek new ways to further enhance the security of our Services. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection and security and that unauthorized access will never occur. We encourage you to set strong passwords to your account and to inform us if you suspect any unauthorized actions occurred.
- ELIGIBILITY AND CHILDREN PRIVACY
The Website is not intended for use by children (the phrase “child” shall mean an individual that is under the age defined by applicable law, which concerning the EEA is under the age of 18, and with respect to the US, under the age of 13), and we do not knowingly process children’s Personal Data.
We will discard any data we receive from a User that is considered a “child” immediately upon discovering that such a user shared information with us. Please email us to privacy@wisestamp.com. if you have reason to believe that a child has shared any information with us.
ANNEX A
Additional notice for United States residents: notice at collection, supplemental united states privacy policy, and your privacy rights
This Annex contains additional information for residents in the United States, including a summary of our personal information handling practices and your rights under data privacy laws in the United States. Personal information, also referred to as Personal Data in the attached privacy, means any information that directly or indirectly identifies you or is reasonably capable of being associated with you or your household. Please note that we do not offer financial incentive or bona fide loyalty benefits under applicable privacy laws in the United States. For more details regarding our personal information handling practices, please review the privacy policy to which this Annex is attached.
- Categories of Personal Information Collected
We may collect, and have collected in the prior 12 months, the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and personal information described in the California Customer Records Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), such as name, alias, nickname, Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, phone number, email address, and social media account information.
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including, but not limited to, browsing data, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website application or advertisement.
- Geolocation data, such as IP addresses used to extract your approximate location (e.g., country);
- Audio, electronic, or similar information, such as call recording, access logs, etc.; and
- Professional or employment-related information, such as business email address, organization name, job title or position, and current or past job history.
Please note that we do not collect, and have not collected in the prior 12 months, personal information that is considered sensitive personal information or data under data privacy laws in the United States.
- Sources of Personal Information
We collect the categories of personal information described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy:
- Directly from you, for example when you open an account, contact us for support or other inquiries.
- Indirectly from your activity on our Website and SaaS Platform when we use technologies known as APIs, or cookies, as detailed in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
- From third parties, either marketing or sales partners or data enrichment providers.
- From other parties, such as vendors who assist us in performing services for Users, internet service providers, data analytics providers and data brokers; and
- Publicly accessible sources.
- Business or Commercial Purpose for Personal Information Collected
We collect the categories of personal information described in Section (1) of this Annex – Categories of Personal Information Collected- for the following business or commercial purposes:
- To operate, provide, enable, and enhance our Services.
- To research, develop (including through model training, fine tuning, and prompt engineering) new features.
- To secure our Services and website, including to audit and detect spam and fraud, debugging and to resolve technical issues and errors.
- For internal analytics and statistics, used to enhance and improve our Services and the way we offer them.
- For verification and authentication purposes.
- To create and designate the Customer account and to secure accounts.
- For account management and administration, including saving User choices and preferences;
- To market our Services, communicate with the Customers, Authorized Users or Prospects and send transactional and operational messages.
- To identify the territory based on the IP.
- To respond to your inquiries or requests, send you the information you have requested to receive, or take actions requested by you.
- To respond to law enforcement and address legal requirements.
- To have records of our communications and for customer support efforts.
- Retention of Personal Information
Section 10 of the Privacy Policy. Please note that except as required by applicable law, we will not be obligated to retain your data for any particular period, and we may delete it for any reason and at any time, without providing you with prior notice.
- Disclosure of Personal Information
We disclose, and may have disclosed in the prior 12 months, the categories of personal information described in Section (1) of this Annex – Categories of Personal Information Collected – in the circumstances described below and for purposes described in Section (3) of this Annex – Business or Commercial Purpose for Personal Information Collected.
- To our service providers, contractors, and processors who perform requested functions and services on our behalf, including cloud computing, storage, operations, analytic tools, management or security tools, sending communications, fraud prevention, enrichment, development and identifying errors and crashes.
- If we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of our Platform, the public, or others.
- To our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.
- In connection with, or during negotiations concerning, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.
- Between current and future parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership.
- With your consent or at your direction.
- “Sale” and “Sharing” of Personal Information

We honor opt-out preference signals. We treat opt-out preference signals as valid requests to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under privacy laws. Ordinarily, your opt-out preference signal is sufficient for us to honor your request, but in some instances we may request additional information to help facilitate your request for offline sales or sharing. We will not use, disclose or retain this additional information for any purpose other than to facilitate the request.

- Do Not Track Requests
Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the do not track signal, we currently do not respond to the browser do not track signals. However, as noted above, we do honor opt-out preference signals.

The Website and Services are not intended for or directed at children under the age of 18. In addition, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. We also do not knowingly sell, share, use for targeted advertising or disclose the personal information of children under the age of 18.

- Right to Delete. You have the right to request us to delete the personal information we have collected about you.

You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and know and access the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, the categories of personal information and service providers, contractors and third parties to whom we disclosed personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You have the right to receive this information in a format, to the extent technically feasible, that is portable, usable, and allows you to transmit personal information to a person without impediment or hindrance.
- List of Specific Third Parties: You have the right, at our option, to receive a list of the specific third parties, other than natural persons, to which we have disclosed either: (1) your personal information or (2) any personal information.
- Rights Related to Profiling. You have the right to opt out of the processing of your personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer. However, this right does not apply because we do not engage in profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
- Rights Related to Sharing for Targeted and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising or Sale. You have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising or the sale of your personal information as set forth above.
- Rights Related to Sensitive Personal Information or Data. Data privacy laws may provide additional protection for sensitive personal information or data. However, this right does not apply because we do not process sensitive personal information or data.
- Right to No Discrimination. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights. This includes us not: (a) denying you goods or services; (b) charging you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties; (c) providing you a different level or quality of goods or services; (d) suggesting to you that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services; and (e) retaliating against you for exercising your privacy rights.
- Right to Appeal. If we decline to take action in response to your exercise of a privacy right, we will inform you of the reason for denying your request and provide you with instructions on how to appeal the decision.
Instructions on How to Exercise Your Rights: You may exercise your privacy rights by emailing us at DPO@wisestamp.com. You may also exercise your opt-out right by clicking on the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link, which can be found here. In some instances, we will need to verify your identity before honoring your privacy right request. We will verify your identity by asking you to provide personal information related to your recent interactions with us. We will honor your privacy rights request within 45 calendar days of receipt, unless we request an extension as permitted by data privacy laws. However, we will honor your opt-out request within 15 business days.
Appealing: You may appeal a denial of your privacy right requests by, emailing us at DPO@wisestamp.com . Within 45 days of receipt of an appeal, we will inform you in writing of any action taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions. If we deny your appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Attorney General of your state.
Authorized Agents: If permitted or required by applicable law, you may exercise your privacy rights through an authorized agent (which may include a guardian or conservator). If we receive your request from an authorized agent, we may ask for evidence that you have provided such agent with a power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to submit requests to exercise rights on your behalf.
