Problem: Legacy users, accustomed to our previous system, are suddenly introduced to a new platform featuring a distinct UI and enhanced capabilities. This abrupt change can lead to confusion and a steep learning curve. 

Solution: To address this, we are implementing an ‘Account Migrated’ modal that appears for users logging into the Legacy system post-migration. This modal serves to:

  • Introduce the new UI’s layout and features.
  • Highlight the enhanced capabilities now available.
  • Provide a quick, intuitive way for users to familiarize themselves with the upgraded system.
