How to deploy your email signature across Google Workspace
Google Workspace deployment uses WiseStamp’s Auto-Inject feature, which pushes signatures directly into Gmail without employees taking any action.
- A Super Admin installs the WiseStamp app from Google Marketplace.
- Enable daily directory sync in WiseStamp’s Sync & Automations settings. Employee data (name, title, department, photo) syncs from Google Workspace automatically.
- Place employees into groups and assign your template to each group.
- Activate employees. Auto-Inject pushes the signature into each employee’s Gmail settings. New hires receive their signature on day one, with no IT action required.
How to deploy your email signature across Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 deployment uses the WiseStamp Outlook Add-In, which can be deployed centrally via MDM or Group Policy (GPO) without requiring employees to install anything.
- A Global Admin connects WiseStamp to Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) via the Microsoft API.
- Enable daily directory sync in WiseStamp’s Sync & Automations settings. Employee records pull from Entra ID automatically.
- Place employees into groups and assign your template.
- Deploy the Outlook Add-In centrally via GPO or Intune. The signature appears in the Outlook compose window automatically.
For guaranteed coverage across mobile and any email client, add server-side deployment via a Microsoft Exchange mail flow rule. This applies signatures to every outgoing email regardless of device, with no client-side software required.
