What you’ll do

  • Lead proactive prospecting efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Foster dynamic communication and engagement with prospects to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies
  • Provide support to senior sales teams and representatives in outbound strategies and lead generation efforts
  • Demonstrate initiative in crafting outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities, ensuring regular updates and follow-ups

Who you are

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Development Representative, or a Business Development Executive with a proven track record of excellence in driving business development initiatives and achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve top 10% quota attainment in previous roles
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in the enterprise software market, with an emphasis on Marketing and IT products
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for professional development and forging new connections with prospects
  • Experience with CRM systems and Intercom
