Without knowing your customers 100% you won’t know how to feed them and nurture them.
3. Find a way to differentiate yourself
This where you focus on elements that make you different than your competitors, something that makes you special. The moment you differentiate yourself your sales will increase. Here are few ways you can start the differentation process.
- expertise in a specific niche
- provide the best problem-solving solution
- being famous for the best customer service
- offer great deals and discounts
If you don’t differentiate yourself customers will directly go to reviews, features, and price, etc. This will not consumers to choose you over any other random company in your field.
It takes a long time to understand where you can differentiate yourself and you maybe not know it right away. You may need to interview potential customers or analyze your competitors and see how you can differentiate yourself.
4. Focus on promoting one channel at a time
Focus on one channel at a time instead of being on 10 different platforms pick one and invest your time in it. If you don’t know which channel to pick, choose the channel that you are best at.
For example, if you are a YouTuber and you want to sell an influencer marketing strategy to brands start promoting what you offer in your YouTube videos.
